The design "Paradise South of Sumatra" has won three international awards! The full length charmuse gown and chiffon cape was inspired by the splendorous plant growing in my own back yard. The hand painted blooms are positioned so the wearer appears to be standing in the middle of a tropical garden.

 "The Garden Bride" is my vision of a romantic garden wedding where orchids as well as love are in full bloom. This award winning hand painted silk ensemble is bordered in salmon colored orchids with the irregular shaped petals edge painted.

"Feathered Fantasy" is a luxurious silk dream in charmuse. The hand painted feather motif on silver gray and mottled purple is repeated in both the front and the back of the garment. The uniquely designed ensemble has a full length spaghetti strap side slit dress and an asymmetrical swing jacket.

"Spiral Spectacle" is a hand painted silk charmuse tunic with coordinating reverse motif design chiffon scarf and black silk chiffon pants. This original fabric is painted with layers of yellow and gold dyes and contrasting black spirals using several combinations of silk painting techniques.
